Ivan Pretorius
Ivan Pretorius
Founder & CEO
Ivan is the founder and CEO of AlleyRoads and a Civil Engineer by profession with over 25 years of experience in the built environment. Prior to founding AlleyRoads in 2008, Ivan was the chief director at the Gauteng Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport. He has held numerous positions including engineering technologist, and project foreman.
In 2010, the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) provided Mr Pretorius with his first loan for Northview Heights, a 32-unitsectional title development in Kempton Park, Johannesburg. Following the success of this development, NHFC and other funders continue to fund the company for various other developments.
Ivan briefly lectured in Civil Engineering to first and second-year students at the University of Johannesburg.
Ivan also had the opportunity to be part of the 2010 Soccer World Cup Planning team and was involved in various infrastructure and the soccer stadia projects.

Bruce is a CA who has been the CEO and CFO of NHFC managing 6-10bil rand of funds in the affordable housing sector, Bruce head up the rolling our of all government housing in SA under NHFC/NURCHA and RULF as the South african Housing bank.

Bryan Chaplog

Mr Bryan Chaplog, a Chartered Accountant by profession and the founder of ARC Sakhile Chartered Accountants and Auditors. He is also an investor, agro-preneur, canna-preneur realtor-preneur and conservationist. He is the President of the Real Estate Transformation Association of South Africa (RETASA). He is passionate about capital raising and green and renewable energy. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), former Board Member and Chief Financial Officer of the Housing Development Agency, recent Chairman and of the Financial Intelligence Centre Remco and Member of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Cross Border Road Transport Agency (CBRTA). He is an innovative, solution minded, game changer, who is passionate about pioneering change and unlocking value out of existing synergies for the benefit of the Real Estate sector.
He is the former vice president of the international body called Association of Real Estate Licencing Law Officials (Arello) in USA and was responsible to assist with enhancing real estate license law for most jurisdictions outside of the USA and Canada.
He is proudly Khoisan, born and bred in the diamond city called, Kimberley, Province of Northern Cape, South Africa and a hunter gatherer of wealth and health.

Ntombikulu Radebe

Ntombikulu Radebe is a highly skilled finance professional with extensive experience in Property Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Real Estate and Asset Management. She holds a BCom (Hons) in Financial Management (CIMA) from the University of Johannesburg, a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Development and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a BCom in Accounting and Finance from University of the Witwatersrand. With over 8 years of hands-on experience, she has held key roles such as Portfolio Accountant, Senior Accountant and Financial Manager in the property sector across multiple asset classes including Office, Retail, Industrial and Residential Property Management. She also has experience within the Occupier Services Real Estate Management – representing multiple client's real estate portfolio for efficiency, compliance, and strategic business goals. She has experience working with Clients and Landlords managing large leaseholds and freehold interests within the listed and unlisted funds, private equity, banking and social housing. Her expertise includes Financial Reporting, Financial Policy and System Development, Executive Strategy Implementation, Debtor and Creditor management, Cash flow Optimization, Leasing administration and Management, Statutory returns and Compliance, and Utilities management. She is a Candidate Property Manager with IREM (International Institute Real Estate Management) Gauteng Branch and was a member of the Marketing and Education Committee.

Rowan has been practicing as an attorney since 2011 and is a director and owner of Stafford Law Incorporated. He is also a director and owner of Continuity Trusts that provides a full range of trusts and trusteeship services. In addition to providing legal advice to the company, he is further responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Airmid Investment Trust.

Her hands-on experience across residential properties allows her to manage leasing processes with a practical, detail-driven approach while supporting revenue and vacancy reduction goals.

With over a decade of experience spanning sales, marketing, and operations in the property industry, Brian leads the Sales and Marketing division at Alley Roads, driving the Group’s growth strategy across its various portfolios. He also serves on the Group’s Acquisition and Disposal Committee, contributing to key investment and asset management decisions.

Jenilee comes from a strong corporate background, having worked in Human Resources as the Lead Administrator for the Executive Board at AECI. Her experience spans across project management from end to end, demonstrating excellent organizational and leadership abilities. She has also collaborated closely with executive teams on strategic projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of high-level corporate initiatives.
