Alleyroads expands into Limpopo, North-West Province and Mpumalanga to develop 574 units with a possible growth to 1000 units.

Alleyroads concludes first equity funding agreement with Vantage Capital of R84 million, accelerating the portfolio value unlock.

Alleyroads recognised as an IFC EDGE* champion, having registered more than 4048 units across South Africa as EDGE compliant.

Alleyroads secures R325 million investment from the IFC towards its strategy of building over 5000 affordable rental housing units in the Johannesburg area.

Alleyroads launches AR GreenTech to provide infrastructure for efficient and enhanced developments and commenced with the Riverstone Mall Shopping Centre in Meyerton.

Alleyroads secures the Pulse Residential Portfolio at R1.2 billion consisting of 3200 units & commenced with the R400 million Meyerton Shopping Centre development.
