Impact Beyond Buildings

Environmental, Social & Governance

  • All ESG related aspects were found to be compliant.

Energy Efficiency

Energy efficiency in our developments

We incorporate sustainable design elements across all developments, as follows:

  • Consider site: minimise site and vegetation disturbance, and maintain all natural resources and vegetation on site;
  • The building response to climate, rainwater and solar energy harvesting technologies and sustainable building materials;
  • All units will be fitted with aerated taps which reduces water consumption;
  • All residential blocks are orientated towards North which minimises energy consumption through natural sunlight;
  • External 220mm face brick walls provide good thermal mass and reduces cost on long term maintenance;
  • Concrete floor slabs absorb heat and radiates it into the units;
  • Concrete roof tiles and roof insulation provides good thermal insulation by reducing heat loss and gain
